Nestled in the foothills of the Sperrins in county Tyrone, Ballinasollus Cottage, is a self catering cottage with majestic views across the Glenelly valley. The cottage, originally built in 1871 in local red sandstone has now been fully restored to 4 STAR standard  retaining all original features yet modernised to a 21st Century standard making your stay more comfortable. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.  

Ballinasollus cottage is set in 130 acres of privately owned moor and grassland, with its own river and woods providing accessible walks in a uniquely tranquil setting. During your stay, you may golf at one of many local clubs, fish for a salmon/trout in the Glenelly river or simply visit an interesting local attraction such as the Ulster American Folk park. 

The villages of Plumbridge,  Gortin, and Newtownstewart are all within 5 Miles of the cottage . The Market town of Strabane and the Donegal hinterland is only 8 miles away providing an accessible link to the Northwest Passage. The towns of Omagh and Letterkenny alongside the historic City of Derry are all within 20 miles, providing an abundance of shopping, restaurants, pubs and theatres to cater for all your needs.

Conveniently located Ballinasollus cottage is approx 1hr 10 mins from Belfast and 2 hrs 10 mins from Dublin by car with both cities providing international airports. Locally, the City of Derry airport is 24 Miles.
